Dr. Cutting completed his undergraduate education at Allegheny College and Duke University. He attended dental school at the University of Pittsburgh.
Personal Biography
Dr. Cutting spent most of his childhood near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He grew up wanting to work in the medical field to help improve the quality of people’s lives. Service has always been a part of his lifestyle. His father served in the United States Army and went on to become a teacher. His mother works in the House of Representatives, and his sister is an occupational therapist in Florida. As a dentist, Dr. Cutting can improve not only the health of his patients but also their quality of life.
Dr. Cutting resides near Annapolis, Maryland. He enjoys hunting, golfing and playing basketball.
